dc.description.abstractУ дисертації розв'язана актуальна наукова задача підвищення ефективності управління комунікаціями у проектах освоєння морських газових родовищ шляхом розробки теоретичних основ створення спеціалізованих геоінформаційних підрозділів, розробки каналів комунікацій для них на основі нових морських картографічних засобів та розробки математичної моделі генеральної схеми освоєння родовища з урахуванням географічної інформації. Розроблено концепцію удосконалення управління комунікаціями у проектах, удосконалено організаційну структуру організації шляхом створення підрозділів геоінформаційного менеджменту. Створено інформаційну модель сектору морської геоінформатики та канали комунікацій на базі нових підводних технологій. Розроблено матрично-топологічну модель генеральної схеми освоєння родовища з географічної прив'язкою = In the dissertation the actual scientific task of increase of a management efficiency by communications in projects of development of sea gas deposits is solved by development of theoretical bases of creation of the specialized geoinformation subitems, development of channels of communications for them on the basis of new sea cartographical means and development of mathematical model of the general circuit of development of a deposit in view of the geographical information. The concept of improvement of management by communications in projects is developed, the organizational structure of the organization is advanced by creation of subitems of geoinformation management. The information model to sector of sea geoinformatics and channels of communications is created on the basis of new underwater technologies. The matrix-topological model of the general circuit of development of a deposit with geographical binding is developed.en_US
